Contracting Process
What can you expect with the development process?
The first and most crucial step is a meeting with your developer, this can be done either with Skype (free of charge),
or a sit-down meeting. If you choose to meet in person the first meeting is free, but additional meetings may incur a charge.
In this step you will be asked over the semantics of your application, questions such as:
- What kind of application do you need? iOS, Android, Web etc..
- Are you storing data?
- If you are storing data, is it sensitive data such as credit card information or other protected information?
The developer will model your application and tell you how many hours the application is expected to be, and the hourly rate
following our
pricing plan, and other options available to you.
Please know that we are flexible with our pricing and will help you any way possible.
Should you choose to move forward we will provide you with a contract and require a 50% deposit to commence work, and the remaining amount once
the 50% deliverable is reached.
The developer will provide you with a timeline of deliverables, Setpoints in your application to determine the overall completeness
of the application. * Once you have a contract the hours quoted are what you pay for, should the developer exceed those hours you will not be charged.
Cancellation process
We understand life happens, should you at any point in the development process wish to cancel your contract, you will be charged up to the last delverable reached.
A cancellation form will establish the last deliverable met, date of cancellation and refund amount.
The remaining amount will be returned to you no questions asked, furthermore the project up to that point will be given to you in a zip file including:
database dumps, all source files and all compiled libraries.
We will maintain your project for 30 days in case you wish to resume your application. If after 30 days you decide to resume and still have all your files
and your contract, You will be charged from the last deliverable met forward until completion as stated on your cancellation form.
If after 30 days, you wish to resume and you do not have your project files, we must start the application afresh and charge you as a stated in the contracting process above.
